Delivery

1. General Information

All orders are shipped from Lithuania. Products are in stock and prepared for dispatch upon receipt of payment.

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery is carried out by couriers and parcel lockers: Venipak, LP Express, and Omniva.

Delivery time: 1–2 business days
Delivery cost: €5
Free delivery applies to orders over €150
Shipments are delivered to parcel lockers or by courier to your home, depending on the buyer's choice.

Large items (e.g., TVs, projector screens) are delivered only by courier to your home.

We ship to countries such as the United Kingdom and the United States of America.

Delivery time may vary depending on the country
Import duties, taxes, or other additional fees are not included in the product or shipping price. These fees are paid by the recipient.

Upon receipt of the shipment, it is essential to check its condition in the presence of the courier or when collecting it from a parcel locker.

If the packaging is damaged, it must be noted at the time of acceptance or the shipment should not be accepted.
If damages are not noted at the time of delivery, subsequent claims for transport damage may not be accepted.

During major holidays (e.g., Christmas, Easter) or due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer than usual.
