Return policy

1. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance purchase-sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the applicable legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Return conditions

The returned item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item is unused
• The item has not lost its commercial appearance
• The item is in its original, undamaged packaging
• The item is complete
• The purchase document is provided

Returned goods that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

3. Product inspection

The Buyer may inspect the item only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

If it is determined that the item has been used or its value has otherwise decreased, the seller has the right to refuse to accept the item or to reduce the refunded amount.

4. Return period

The item must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt.

5. Return costs

The costs of returning the goods are paid by the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for proper packaging of the item and its safe delivery to the seller.

6. Refund

• Money will be refunded only after the returned item has been received and inspected
• If the item meets the return conditions, the money will be refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item
• Money will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the purchase

7. Returns are not accepted if

• The item has been used
• The item is damaged
• Parts or packaging are missing
• The 14-day period has passed

8. Defective goods

In such cases, a decision will be made in accordance with applicable legal acts.
