Warranty

We sincerely hope that you will have no issues with our products.

All Šilelis products purchased by natural persons come with a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. For legal entities, the warranty is 12 months. For certain goods, a warranty longer than 12 months may apply to legal entities. This is indicated in the descriptions of such goods and detailed in the invoice.

If you accidentally received a faulty item or it breaks down, you must register it for warranty repair as soon as possible by contacting us via email at vilnius@silelis.com. In the email, please provide your name and order number, and a detailed description of the problem.
