Return policy

We really hope that you will love our products. However, if you are not happy with your choice, let us know. Silelis products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

In order to return an item:

The returned product should be in the original packaging;
The product should not be damaged;
The product must be unused without any changes in its appearance (changes in the appearance of the packaging that were necessary to inspect the received product are not considered to be substantial changes in the appearance of the product); when returning the goods, the document of its acquisition shall be presented.
